My public classes are aimed at beginners and level 1 students.
The emphasis is on how to learn the poses and sequences SAFELY, focussing on
correct alignment and moving step by step towards peak poses to release and
open specific areas of the body. The classes are small, with plenty of hands on
adjustment and personal attention.
MONDAY: Jericho (Community Centre), Canal Street
9.30-10.30 (dynamic flow level 1)
WEDNESDAY: Wolvercote (St Peter’s Church hall)
9.30-10.30 (floor based Yin yoga, pranayama and meditation)
THURSDAY: St Philip and James School, Navigation Way
8-9.15pm (beginners course – learn the basics safely, with restorative elements)
